Binge eating

Binge-eating disorder is a serious problem in which you frequently consume large amounts of food and feel unable to stop eating. This is a very serious disorder which it makes you eat large amounts of food even if you are not hungry., Yyou probably think that eating too much is part of growing up , but this disorder makes you eat without a stop point. This problem is between teenagers and adults, but this comes from a lot of points.

Binge eaters are either depressed or have been before , others may have trouble withby expressing their opinions. Low self esteem or loneliness may be also causes of binge eating. Most people who binge eat are either overweight or obese. Some of the symptoms to have binge eating  are , feeling that your eating behavior is out of control, eating even when you’re full or not hungry, eating rapidly during binge episodes ,  eating until you’re uncomfortably full , frequently eating alone or in secret , frequently dieting, possibly without any weight loss.

To cure this disorder, you need to be sure of what it is . You need to assume that you need physiological attention. There are many different types of therapies that, this can help you, how to exchange unhealthy habits for healthy ones and reduce bingeing episodes. Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on  the issues of yourself, such as negative feelings about your body or a depressed mood. It may also give you a better sense of control over your behavior and help you regulate eating patterns. There is also the iInterpersonal psychotherapy. , Tthis type of therapy focuses on your relationships with other people. This may help reduce binge eating that has has activated by problematic relationships and unhealthy communication skills. And the last one, dDialectical behavior therapy , this therapy can help you learn behavioral skills to help you  tolerate stress, manage your emotions, and change your relationships with others, all tocan reduce the habit to binge eat. TheseThis therapies depends on each person and theirits level of danger. If you are having this problem, go with the one you feel you are having almost the same symptoms and get psychological attention as soon as possible.

People with binge eating disorder experience  some short term emotional and psychological side effects, such as weight gain, anxiety, depression, all of this may be a cause for binge eating. Short term consequences often does not affects too long , but the ones that will make you have troubles on the feature matters by a lot of ways. Some long term effects are ,high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, heart disease, etc. , Tthis will make you stop you for making your normal life and change it completely.

Some recommendations I am giving for you to deal with binge eating are for you to continue your life normally . I mainly recommend you to go to therapy since you need help, but others solutions I personally give to you is to meditate.  ,tThis will help by relaxing yourself and think deeply about your emotions. Binge eating is a problem almost all around the world, some different cases and different solutions, but by knowing what your problem is, a solution can be found.
